Orthodynamic Limited Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

  1. Return Policy

Orthodynamic Limited strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt for general products, while certain categories, such as durable medical equipment, may have an extended return period of up to 14 days.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Returns will only be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items supplied by Orthodynamic Limited.
  • Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer are not eligible.
  • Some items may not be eligible for return unless an incorrect size or details were given, and they must be in their original form or nature.
  • International returns must comply with shipping and customs regulations, and any associated duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must notify Orthodynamic Limited in writing before returning any item.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a returned item is approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Orthodynamic Limited.
  • Any restocking fees applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases where a full refund is not applicable, a partial refund or store credit may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item.
  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under these conditions:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
  • If an identical replacement is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value, or opt for a refund.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error by Orthodynamic Limited.
  • Customers must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before sending an item for exchange.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to contamination risks, compromised sterility, hygienic reasons, or customization:

  • Opened or used medical supplies and consumables
  • Customized or special order items
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale
  • Non-pharma medical consumables, including:

    • Enteral feeding tubes, stoma bags, surgical sutures, single-use instruments
    • Sterile drapes, blood collection tubes, specimen swabs, nebulizer kits

Medical Equipment and Machines (Once Installed or Used)

  • Imaging equipment (e.g., X-ray machines, ultrasound scanners)
  • Patient monitoring systems
  • Diagnostic machines
  • Surgical and anesthesia machines
  • Infusion pumps
  • Laboratory diagnostic machines

Hospital Furniture (Assembled or Custom Ordered)

  • Hospital beds and stretchers
  • Overbed tables
  • Patient transport trolleys
  • Examination couches and chairs

Linen and Textiles (For Hygiene and Safety Reasons)

  • Surgical drapes and gowns
  • Patient and hospital bed linens
  • Reusable face masks and medical scrubs

Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Products

  • Customized prosthetics and orthotics
  • Compression stockings
  • Body braces and supports (if used or worn)

Customized or Special Order Items

  • Any product specifically manufactured or altered to fit customer specifications

All non-returnable items are subject to regulatory compliance standards such as FDA, ISO, or other applicable health and safety regulations.

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, customers must:

  1. Contact Orthodynamic Limited via email or customer service hotline with details of the issue.
  2. Provide a valid proof of purchase.
  3. Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before shipping the item back.
  4. Return the item to the address provided by Orthodynamic Limited, ensuring it is packaged securely.
  5. Await confirmation and processing within the stipulated timeframe.
