Olympic weight plates - Tri Grip Rubber coated is an ideal home-gym or gym equipment made of solid cast iron that is coated in black rubber to add a layer of protection during workouts to protect floors from damaging and safety for the user while the finishing ensures that the plates are longer lasting and harder wearing.

 Weight plates can be used to perform muscle strengthening exercises and endurance training, and to increase flexibility and balance. A single weight plate can also be used for warm-up exercises. Rubber standard plates and Olympic standard plates don’t have much of a difference apart from the diameter of the hole between the two. Olympic standard plates have a wider diameter compared to the standard one.
