For hospitals and clinics, please use our Quotation Request feature on any product page. Our institutional sales team will generate a formal B2B invoice with professional clinical pricing.
Do you accept M-Pesa payments?
Yes, we support both M-Pesa STK Push and Lipa na M-Pesa. All transactions are handled securely through our verified NCBA Bank partnership.
Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Pay-on-delivery is available for standard mobility aids within the Nairobi Metropolitan area. For customized surgical gear or surgical instruments, we require a commitment deposit.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast is delivery within Nairobi?
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are delivered on the same day. All other Nairobi orders are processed within 24 hours.
Do you deliver to Kisumu, Mombasa, and Eldoret?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across all 47 counties. Up-country deliveries typically take 48 to 72 hours via our clinical logistics partners.
