A laryngoscope set is used for larynx examination, anaesthesia, and resuscitation for endotracheal intubation.
Macintosh-type curved blades are available in dull finish hence reducing reflections. Handles use type C battery that lasts longer.
Laryngoscopes are specialized torches with a handle containing the batteries and a blade which holds the bulb.
