🌟 Clinical Advantage & Engineering
Every unit of Dynamic Patellar Support - Dyna is manufactured under stringent biomedical quality systems. Designed to withstand demanding clinical usage while prioritizing patient comfort, it provides consistent therapeutic outcomes across hospital wards, surgical suites, and specialized clinics.
Key Clinical Features & Performance Highlights
- Bicentric Anatomic Splinting: Dual lateral polycentric hinges replicate natural human knee kinematics while preventing hyperextension and lateral buckling.
- Open-Patella Buttress Counterforce: Molded silicone patellar ring stabilizes the kneecap in the femoral groove, dispersing patellofemoral compressive stress.
- Four-Way Stretch Air-Permeable Weave: High-performance aerated neoprene/elastic textile provides soothing warmth while evaporating perspirative moisture during ambulation.
- Counter-Locking Dynamic Strapping: Opposing hook-and-loop strapping ensures non-slip grip and customizable compression without compromising popliteal circulation.
Clinical Indications & Target Applications
- Post-operative ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL ligament repair or reconstruction
- Moderate to severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis and chondromalacia patellae
- Meniscal tears, collateral ligament sprains, and joint instability
